Kristina A. Butler, MD, MS, specializes in complex gynecologic oncology and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Butler graduated from Texas Tech School of Medicine, later completing fellowships in gynecologic oncology and female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. She is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. Her expertise includes involvement in multiple clinical trials and frequent authorship in the areas of best practice research for cancer and surgical outcomes. Her research includes malignant and benign conditions, and she received a Master of Biomedical Sciences. She is the co-chair of the Gynecologic Oncology Disease Group and chair of Community Engagement for Mayo Clinic in Arizona.
