Karen L. Stern, MD, is a urologist who subspecializes in the management of complex stone disease. Her practice focuses on the metabolic management of recurrent stone disease and minimally invasive surgical procedures including ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), mini-PCNL, and ultrasound guided percutaneous renal access. Dr. Stern graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine, completed urology residency at Mayo Clinic Arizona and an Endourology fellowship at the Glickman Urological & Kidney Institute at Cleveland Clinic.
