The premature passing of both my grandfathers inspired me to be a doctor.

I love my specialty because: I enjoy inspiring others to take responsibility for their health. The power to heal is in each and everyone of us!

My best day on the job so far was when: I came to the realization that the knowledge and training I acquired in my naturopathic education provided me with valuable tools to heal people at a deep level.

My worst day on the job so far was when: I faced a patient for the first time who had lost all faith that they could get better.

If I weren’t a doctor, I would be: an F1 race car driver.

When I’m not working, I love to: vacation with my family, maintain my organic garden, play tennis and practice yoga.

I should know better as a doctor, but I just can’t help indulging in: Godiva extra dark chocolate truffles

If I could change anything about health care, I would: change our basic approach. The current system is not sustainable. We need to shift the paradigm from being reactionary to being preventive.

caring, passionate and detail orientated.
