My imagination
inspired me to be a doctor.I love my specialty because: I am directly involved in women diagnosed with breast cancer – from diagnosis through victory!
My best day on the job so far was when: I invented a totally new treatment for breast cancer while in a
restaurant in Sorrento, Italy.
My worst day on the job so far was when: my patient, whom
I care for deeply, suffers a recurrence.
If I weren’t a doctor, I would be: a scientist.
When I’m not working, I love to: serve on the board for the Arizona Academy Drum and Bugle Corps.
I should know better as a doctor, but I just can’t help indulging in: partying in New Orleans, Louisiana!
If I could change anything about health care, I would: provide
access to superb care for everyone.
Medical marijuana: Yay or nay? No – there are
better drugs!
If my patients could describe me in three words, they’d say I am: caring, compassionate and competent (3 Cs!).
