1. Build It!: Frank Lloyd Wright at Chandler Public Library – June 21
Set the Legos aside for a day and discover what it would be like to be architect Frank Lloyd Wright with activities inspired by his career like city planning and structure building. 2. At Work in Arizona with Marilyn Szabo and Marshall Shore at Arizona Capitol Museum – June 21
Arizona’s rich history will be on display as curator Marilyn Szabo is joined by historian Marshall Shore to talk about the state’s first 100 years. 3. AZ Food & Wine hosts POUR at McDowell Mountain Ranch – June 22
In celebration of the latest Vig opening in Scottsdale, AZ Food & Wine is hosting a night of fun with food, music and surprises. The Vig has been a local dining favorite in Phoenix and they’ve been branching further into the Valley. 4. Vans Warped Tour at Fear Farm Festival Grounds – June 22
The annual pop punk festival is back with some of the biggest artists in the scene including Watsky, Andy Black, Neck Deep and Memphis May Fire. It’ll be a hot one so don’t forget a water bottle (there are free refilling stations) and sunscreen. 5. Latin Night at The Duce – June 22
Starting this Thursday, The Duce will be hosting a weekly Latin Night with Stilo Dance Company and Savage Rhythm. Enjoy Latin-inspired cocktails and food that will only be available during the event.
