1. AZ Wine & Dine – April 13
Arizona continues making its mark on the foodie world with AZ Wine & Dine. The sixth annual event brings together top chefs, restaurateurs and beverage makers from around the state for an evening of sampling. Presented by Arizona Lodging & Tourism Association, the event includes live entertainment, a silent auction, and tastings from boutique wineries and microbreweries. 5-8 p.m. $69-$79. 2. Frida Kahlo & Diego Rivera at Heard Museum – April 11
Thirty-three works by Mexico's most famous painters (and notorious couple) will be on display in the Heard Museum's newly opened Virginia G. 3. City Lights Movie Nights feat. “Fantastic Beasts” at CityScape – April 14
Pack up the picnic basket and blankets and head to CityScape with the entire fam. “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” is playing, based on the magical wizarding book by J.K. Rowling of the same name. Don’t forget your wand because there will be wizardly themed activities and Harry Potter cosplay is encouraged. Free. 6:30 p.m. CityScape, 1 E. 4. Hot Dogs & Jazz: Jazz for Families at The Nash – April 15

5. Mesa Arts & Crafts Festival at MACFest – April 15
Your last chance to check out the Mesa Arts & Crafts Festival: This summer, it’s getting a new name and look. Caricature drawings will be offered and activities with park ranger Christa Sadler from the Tonto National Monument. There will also be BBQ and hot dogs to satisfy your appetite.
