"No responsible cardiologist would recommend the 22 oz. bone-in ribeye at Steak 44... let alone the optional truffle butter sidecar I always order with it."

"I'm a sucker for cinnamon treats! Tracy Dempsey Originals makes doughnut muffins that are (probably literally) to die for. And Original Breakfast House has a brioche cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting that I crave constantly."

"Confession: I cannot go to Oregano's Pizza Bistro and not order a pizza cookie. And that's after way too much thin-crust pizza and beer. But warm, ooey-gooey chocolate chip cookie dough topped with vanilla ice cream is like dessert kryptonite. How can you not spoon-fight over the last bite? Sorry, doc!"

"Oh, there are way too many to fit, but I think the most caloric indulgence has got to be the Stupid Fries at Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles. It's a big basket of fries sprinkled with juicy shredded chicken, onions and peppers with a generous pour of gravy, all smothered in cheese. I think it's sized for two or more people, but I'll eat the whole thing myself."

"My guilty pleasure is the 1/3 lb. burger from Wimpy's Paradise in Chandler. I add bacon, onions and cheese with a side of fries. I've always dreamed of eating the 1/2 lb. but haven't dared to do so. One day I will!"
