Friday the 13th is upon us. Not only that, but it’s Halloween month. Whether you’re looking into getting a $13 tattoo or you’re in the mood for something a little more spooky, there’s something for you.

Tattoo parlors near and far offer special discounts on this (un)lucky day. The artists typically have a catalogue to flip through which includes roughly quarter-size tattoos for only $13 (plus tip). 2. CaZo Presents “Asylum: Resurrection” at Phoenix Center for the Arts
The third installment of CaZo Dance Company’s “Asylum” continues the story of a group of mismatched asylum inmates and the drama, love and occasional comedy that is mixed with it. All characters stem from classic horror films - “Carrie,” “Black Swan,” “A Cure For Wellness,” “Psycho,” just to name a few. 3. Four Peaks Oktoberfest at Tempe Town Lake
Beginning on Friday the 13th, this three-day fest will feature live music and carnival rides as well as beer and brats. If you’re looking for a more family-friendly way to spend the day, the 45th Oktoberfest in Tempe is the place to be. Free. 5 p.m.-12 a.m. Tempe Town Lake, 80 W. 4. Framed Bat Workshop at Curious Nature
Yes, you read that correctly. The workshop involves framing a bat. It’s part creepy, part kind of cute and all around an unforgettable way to spend your Friday. 5. Craft Night at La Gattara Cat Lounge and Boutique
One or two black cats may cross your path if you attend this craft night, but we’ll consider it to be good luck rather than bad. 7. Vintage & Vino Market at Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Center
The two-day market will kick off on Friday featuring over 100 vintage and antique vendors.
