Rye’s Wide Open
1 ½ oz Wild Turkey rye whiskey
¾ oz spiced apple cider
½ oz lemon juice


TOP with Fever-Tree bitter lemon soda

GARNISH
: lemon peel and sage leaf

GLASS
: Collins

METHOD
: Combine ingredients in ice-filled Collins glass. Stir and garnish.
