Ivanka Trump debuts Jewelry Line at Hyde Park

If your jewelry collection has become lifeless and lackluster and you’re looking for something a bit more unique – a bit more you – Ivanka Trump may have the answer. Her new line of custom jewelry, Rock Tradition, puts a modern, edgy twist on classic designs of necklaces, cuffs, rings and more, mixing luxury with styles that stray from stuffy.

Her line recently debuted at Hyde Park at the Biltmore Fashion Park, and, according to General Manager Nancy Casey, is already flying off the shelves.

The heirloom-chic collection includes approximately 165 pieces and 20 different styles in platinum, 18K white, yellow and rose gold, diamonds, onyx, black spinel, agate, pearls and rock crystals. Look for Ivanka’s signature black-and-white motif throughout the collection, as well as her iconic oval design, funky tassels and an edgy Asian-inspired Pagoda collection that sports an art deco twist. Prices range from $3,000 to $8,000.

The collection doesn’t target a certain age of women, but rather, “any independent, self-assured woman with style,” Ivanka said in a recent in-person interview with PHOENIX magazine. Dressed cleanly in a white cotton baby-doll dress, Ivanka emanated the simple yet refined image she says her Rock Tradition line is attempting to convey. She especially loves the rose gold pieces in her line, as well as the funkier materials thrown in as accents, such as black diamond beads, leather, velvet and carved onyx.

The one piece of jewelry she won’t leave the house without? She simply flashes her wedding ring and a subtle smile.

Celebrities such as Demi Moore, Brooke Shields and Blake Lively all have graced the red carpet wearing Ivanka’s jewelry. When asked which celebrity or public figure she’d like to see wearing her creations next, she jokingly refers to Kate Middleton’s tiara and the upcoming British Royal Wedding.
