The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) North Chapter is the premier organization for local interior designers looking to cultivate better relationships and opportunities within the world of interior design.
Each year, ASID recognizes its members’ design achievements from the past year in multiple categories for residential, commercial and product interior design. There were a record number of entries this year, with more than 120. After being judged by the Tucson chapter of ASID, the winners were announced in August at the 2010 Design Excellence Awards Gala, held at the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale.
Proceeds from both the competition and awards event benefit local chapter programs and the ASID Foundation, which supports endeavors that capture and disseminate knowledge, encourage innovation and benefit the health, safety and welfare of the public through interior design research, scholarships and education.
