Citizen Public House
Rundown: Three-course dinner on Feb. 14 for $60 per person (not including tax or gratuity).
Highlight: Tomahawk for two, a 32-ounze Niman Ranch bone-in ribeye with “twice-baked potato,” carrot purée, lobster mushrooms, sautéed spinach and a dark chocolate demi-glace. Must be reserved in advance.
Rundown: Tasting menu on Feb. 14 for $60 per person (not including tax or gratuity).
Highlight: The Original Chopped Salad, Café du Monde short ribs, Tracy Dempsey Originals dark chocolate tartlet and berry verrine.
Rundown: Special menu offered Feb. 12-14 for $75 per person.
Highlight: Grilled beef tenderloin with spinach and buttery Fresno chile hot sauce. J&G's signature warm chocolate cake is a must for dessert, but the raspberry and rose pavlova is a showstopper. Solution: You order one, your partner orders the other, and you split them both.
Paul Martin's American Grill
Rundown: Decadent appetizers and entrees in addition to the regular dinner menu from Feb. 11-15. On Monday, enjoy a Wine Dinner for Two for $50.
Highlight: Half-pound chilled Alaskan king crab legs ($25) with Schramsberg Brut Rosé ($19/glass; $71/bottle).
Rusconi's American Kitchen
Rundown: Sweethearts Menu available Feb. 12-13 for $45 per person for dinner. Valentine's Day menu available Feb. 14 for dinner for $55 per person.
Highlight: Lobster bisque, blackberry-glazed pork tenderloin, grilled anjou pear and dark chocolate beignets for two.
Rundown: Surf and turf entree with sides and dessert, plus a complimentary “toast” pour of bubbly for $26 per person.
Highlight: Red wine-braised short ribs and butter-poached jumbo shrimp. And red velvet cake.
Rundown: Food and drink specials and a complimentary piece of Texas sheet cake on Feb. 14.
Highlight: Prickly pear margarita for only $3.50 and Steak Lin Sue, a 10-oz. New York strip grilled to order and topped with artichoke hearts and jumbo Gulf shrimp, covered with house-made Béarnaise sauce, and served with dinner salad and choice of potatoes for $26.
Rundown: Shareable menu with a “One Love, Two Tastes” theme. Tasting menu starts at 5 p.m. and is priced at $69; the 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. menus are priced at $98, with optional beverage pairings for $49-$69.
Highlight: Yuzu miso black cod, Niman Ranch beef tataki and an “Aphrodisiac” upgrade ($30) that adds premium oysters, caviar and fresh truffles to your meal.
Rundown: Valentine's Day couples menu for $75, which includes two drinks, one appetizer, one specialty maki roll or crudo and two chef's specialties.
Highlight: Stingray roll – spicy crab and cucumber topped with furikake – and fresh seared hamachi. Prime filet, Chilean sea bass or the sushi assortment are available for $10 more.
Rundown: Tasting menu for $39.95 per couple
Highlight: Shrimp and papaya salad, salmon with mole verde, chicken breast with huitlacoche and two flan options.
Sierra Bonita Grill

Highlight: Espresso pork belly tartine, lamb ragu tagliatelle and glazed chocolate napoleon.
Zappone's Italian Bistro
Rundown: Special three-course menu offered on Feb. 14.
Highlight: Lobster bisque, stuffed A-line chicken breast with herb risotto, chocolate pots de crème.
