The French onion soup is the real deal and the duck breast with demi-glace is magnifique, but it¹s their carefully crafted meatloaf that takes top prize. Conveniently situated between downtown Scottsdale and Tempe, Avalon’s fresh cuisine concept is invigorating the scene with clean, bold, straightforward flavors. Executive chef Travis Watson trained with some of the world’s most notable chefs, including famed chef Jacque Paccard at the French eatery, Le Parisian. He crafted Avalon’s menu around local and regionally grown ingredients to the Western part of North America.
