Sidecar $14
DRINK THIS

What’s old is new again. Goodbye, Cosmopolitans and Appletinis; hello, classic cocktails like the Sidecar.

It’s made with 1¼ ounces Remy VSOP cognac, ½ ounce triple sec and two ounces lemon juice, blended and poured over ice into a sugar-rimmed glass, and garnished with a lemon wedge. You can also order it “up” in a martini glass with a lemon twist.

Classics with a Twist (at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino) is one of the classiest places to settle into a club chair, listen to the Rat Pack and sip a Sidecar while wearing your finest fedora. Even the drink menu is entertaining, giving a mini-history of all of its offerings.
