Our choice is the Flirtini: 2 ounces Stoli Vanil vodka, 1.5 ounces pineapple juice, 1.5 ounces champagne and one-half ounce Cointreau, shaken well, poured into a chilled martini glass and garnished with lightly floral red rose petals.
