Flirtini
Looking for a special setting for Valentine’s Day? The Royal Palms is the place to be, and for good reason.

The resort’s own Director of Romance, Robert Vickrey, attends to guests’ requests for something special. Diamond-laced desserts, white doves and fireworks are a few “wow” factors he can drum up.

Whether your evening will be showy or low-key, consider starting with a cocktail in the cozy, fire-lit lounge before a romantic dinner at T. Cook’s. Our choice is the Flirtini: 2 ounces Stoli Vanil vodka, 1.5 ounces pineapple juice, 1.5 ounces champagne and one-half ounce Cointreau, shaken well, poured into a chilled martini glass and garnished with lightly floral red rose petals.

A sweet for your sweetheart. Sigh.
