Hot orange and cool blue accents represent the fire and sky in this chic Kimpton resort’s name – but green is the color to focus on.

Green Tails, a play on “cocktails,” is an all-organic beverage that tastes so clean and refreshing you’d swear it was actually good for you.

Bartenders mix 2 ounces Green Tea Tropical AperiTea, 11/2 ounces Square One Cucumber organic vodka, one-quarter ounce of fresh lime juice, one-half ounce of organic agave nectar cut half-and-half with Natura water, six mint leaves and four skinned cucumber wheels. They muddle the cuke slices, add the rest, shake with ice, strain over fresh ice into a highball glass and garnish with fanned cucumber slices and a mint sprig.

After a rough day at work or an exhausting shopping spree at Scottsdale Fashion Square across the street, pop in for this cold, refreshing treat. $12
