5. The Hungry Monk
On Tuesdays, the Team Trivia company heads to The Hungry Monk in Chandler, where patrons imbibing local craft brews in booths compete to win prizes of $30, $20 and $10 for first, second and third place, respectively. There are no bells and whistles to the event, but the Monk's rotating beer selection on 28 taps makes this a popular pop-quiz location for East Valley folk.

4. Boulders on Broadway
Tempe staple Boulders on Broadway hosts some of the oldest and longest-running Team Trivia nights in town, along with its sister bar, Spokes on Southern. Hit up Boulders with your headiest friends on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays for a chance to work $20, $15 or $10 off your bar tab.

3. British Open Pub

1. Rose & Crown
British-style pub Rose & Crown, in Downtown Phoenix's Heritage Square, hosts trivia on Wednesday nights, and the place is packed by 6:30 p.m. Games start at 7, but the night's so popular it really behooves you to arrive early – to both nab a good seat, and to enjoy the last gasp of happy hour and its $3.50 drafts and well drinks.
