The 3rd Annual Midtown Urban Living Tour has a story for you – 22 stories, to be exact, in the case of two of the seven buildings showcased on this year's jaunt, which takes place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 7.
Last year, nearly a thousand visitors reportedly showed up for the event, which is presented by The Midtown Neighborhood Association. This year's tour features the following structures:
Executive Towers, a 22-story high-rise designed by Al Beadle. At the time of its construction, it was the tallest building in Phoenix.
One Lexington, former site of Century Bank offices, now a collection of modern condos.
Regency on Central, a 22-story building of luxury condominiums boasting cantilevered balconies.
Tapestry on Central, a mid-rise of spacious flats and executive penthouses.
Phoenix Towers, the first residential high-rise in the city, constructed by Del Webb in 1957.
Chateau on Central, a collection of five-story brownstone luxury apartments.
Artisan Lofts on Central, a new-build designed to emulate a refurbished warehouse.
Tickets cost $15 online and $20 the day of the tour. Ticketholders can pick up tour passes at Regency on Central.
