Devotees of the raw piscine arts will find much to love at this Scottsdale offshoot of the legendary Hollywood hot spot, from the tidy chef’s-choice omakase plates ($29-$43) to the hard-to-source ankimo (monkfish liver). In a canny nod to the current mania for all things craft, the Denver-based haute burger purveyor presents a monthly series of limited-run burgers made with local beer. May’s hip-grindingly tasty Elvis Burger was smeared with a hoppy, IPA-whipped peanut butter from Uncle Bear Brewery in Mesa. The July offering: Carolina BBQ burger with sauce made from Huss Brewing Co. IPA.
