The Venom Dog: Introduced last year, this spicy number was an instant hit with Valley baseball fans, and of course it was. With a custom-made habanero-cumin sausage cradled in a soft roll with black beans, guacamole and drizzle of crema, it precisely mimics the flavor profile of a torta – a tube-torta, if you will. $10. Available at: Taste of Chase just inside the left field main entrance.

The Pit Viper: Hold onto your cholesterol panels. Snoke piles moist, pit-smoked pulled pork between two brioche-like bread slices with a generous slice of pepidu-cheddar, dips the sandwich in corn batter and then flings the whole thing in a deep-frier. It’s basically a giant donut filled with pork, or if you prefer, a Monte Cristo on steroids. $20. Available at: Taste of Chase

Vegan Po’ Boy: Diamondbacks president Derrick Hall adopted a strict vegan diet after battling prostate cancer a few years ago, and challenged Snoke to invent a ballpark treat that even he could eat. The result: this tasty mock-meat version of a crispy fish filet sandwich, served on a fresh roll with tangy slaw, dairy-free Thousand Island and sprinkle of sweet vinegar. $12.50. Available at: premium “lettered” seats

Churro Dog: “The churro is the dog,” Snoke says of his sinful ballpark sensation, which debuted two years ago and quickly became a cult favorite. As the chef says: a warm, cinnamon-dusted churro is laid frank-style in a hot dog bun and topped with three scoops of vanilla ice cream, drizzles of chocolate and butterscotch sauces, and a merciless smothering of whipped cream. $9. Available stadium-wide.

Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles:“We basically borrowed a page from Sky Harbor’s playbook,” a D-Backs official says of the decision to invite the beloved Valley-based soul-food restaurant into the stadium before the 2015 season. Located on the left field upper concourse.

Paradise Valley Burger Co.: The North Phoenix cult favorite is flipping its crazy-good brûlée burgers at a dedicated stand on the lower concourse behind home plate.

America’s Taco Shop: The Valley’s favorite carne asada can be had at two locations: one on the upper concourse behind home plate; the other on the lower concourse along the first base line.

The Draft Room: Weary of mass-produced domestic lagers? This craft-beer bar on the Diamond level behind right field offers Arizona brands like Nimbus, Flagstaff Brewing and Oak Creek Brewing on its 20 handles.

Cheeseburger Dog: Torn between a burger and a dog? Snoke grinds high-quality chuck beef with onion and pickle, adds some grated cheddar and chopped bacon, then freezes the resultant mash as a tubular meatloaf, which is deep-fried and served on a hot dog bun. Voilà. Indecision solved. The mouthfeel is pleasantly shawarma-like. $10 Available at: Big Dawgs on the field level along the third base line
