Skinny cocktails, healthy sliders and organic ingredients make for happy hours that do a body good.

The ghosts of blues legends and schoolgirls mingle at Steve and Andi Rosenstein’s hip warehouse hangout, where you’ll find a vintage resale
market, bleachers from St. Mary’s High School in Phoenix and the original bar from Chicago’s Black Orchid Jazz Club. Cocktail hour is suitably too-cool-for-school: Score PBR, Hamm’s and other hipster brews for $2 and get a “deuce” off organic cocktails like the classic 1928 Basil Gimlet and deliciously new Cranberry Cobbler – served in mason jars, natch. Just when you think your weight loss resolution is a bust thanks to meatball sliders ($5) cooked in an Airstream trailer, The Duce pulls a one-two punch with healthful egg and tuna versions. And should a rogue piece of tender brisket make it down your gullet, just hop into the on-site boxing ring and sweat off any excess calories. 4-6 p.m. Tu-Sa.
The Living Room

If your own house boasted the cozy, wraparound patio and perfectly broken-in leather sofas of Humble Pie’s sister restaurant, you’d never leave. Squash dieter’s guilt with a heart-healthy glass of vino ($5) or indulge in $3 well drinks and $2.50 beers. Skinny cocktails are just $5 and include the Thin Mint Mojito, a tasty substitute for thigh-plumping Girl Scout cookies. Unfortunately, there are no happy hour grub specials in this Living Room, which may be the trick to whittling yourself down to the improbable goal proposed by their Size “0” cocktail ($5) with vodka or gin, cucumber and lime. 11 a.m.-6 p.m. daily.

The secluded side patio at this Desert Ridge gem is the perfect place for two health nuts to stare longingly at each other over a plate of roasted beets with organic arugula. But it’s not all twigs and granola here. A handful of appetizers, including hormone-free Thai chicken skewers and crispy green beans, will set you back a mere $5 each during happy hour; tilapia crisps ($8) and other starters are a buck off. Wash the all-natural goodness down with a glass of sangria ($5) or enjoy $2 off one of Tryst’s organic cocktails (try the Tryst Cider Punch made with Crispin hard cider, wine, organic vodka and cranberry juice for an antioxidant boost). Drafts and well drinks cost $4. 3-6 p.m. daily.
