Get a sweet taste of autumn with the oatmeal cookie martini at Bobby Q in Phoenix.
It starts with a chilled martini glass. First, the rim is dipped into a shallow bowl of Hershey’s syrup. Next, it’s dabbed and rolled in a bowl of crushed Oreos to coat, and any loose crumbs are shaken off. Finally, the bottom of the glass is drizzled with more Hershey’s syrup. Bartenders then combine ½ ounce each Baileys Irish Cream, butterscotch schnapps, Goldschläger and Kahlua with 1 ounce whipped cream in a shaker with ice. They strain it into the glass, pouring the cookie-flavored treat to the top. Don’t tell Grandma, but we’ll take this over the raisin-studded real version anytime.
